摘要
简述了微机计轴技术的现状和一般构成,以JWJ—C型微机计轴设备为例,分析了其通信子系统的性能。在此基础上,针对上述系统的缺陷,提出了一种新的微机数据通信子系统的结构,并以Intel8344(作为微控制器兼通信控制器)和Am79l0(作为调制解调器)实现了此子系统。这种新的设计具有数据通信的标准接口,通信有效性得到显著改善。最后,根据电气化铁道恶劣的电磁环境,提出了抗电磁干扰的对策,从而使系统可适于电气化铁道的应用。
This paper gives a general description on architecture and state-of-the art of microcomputerized axle-counting equipment,then analyzes the features of the communication subsystem of a type named JWJ-C.A new architecture is presented and a design is provided,The new idea meets the demands of data communication standard,and improves the efficiency of data transmission remarkably.Finally,considering the strong electromagnetic interference of electrified railway,the main solutions of anti-interference have also been discussed,ensuring this system can be applied in the electrified area.
