摘要
采用层次分析法对大秦线各种运营组织方案进行技术经济的综合比较，以选择运输能力大、工程投资省、运营管理方便的最优方案，使大秦线尽快达到年运量１亿ｔ的设计能力。
This paper analyses different operating plans of Datong-Qinhuangdao Railway, the first electric heavy-haul doubleline railway in China, and selects the best one with the method of AHP, in order to reach its designed capacity as soon as possible.
