This paper introduces the development and functions of the Department-levei Personnel Management System of Shenzhen University。This system is easy to use and has clean interfaces and a good robustness.It can be used to query,append,delete and update the documentation of teachers in a department。Running on the 3COM net- work of whole university,it assists the leaders to do their jobs and make decisions.
