摘要
在空气污染，大气扩散研究中首次应用了图象识别及计算机处理、并获得满意的结果。本文还报告了大气扩散烟云摄影负片处理所使用的硬件，软件条件。
The Pattern Recognition and computer prosessing of plume negtive is Applied in the study of Air-polution and Atmospheric Diffusion. A satisfactory Result is obtained by using present design. The Hardware and software used is presented.
