摘要
应用Lorentz显微术观察了反应蒸镀的Co-CoO膜的磁畴结构。当垂直各向异性场H_k和磁化强度相对垂直取向比增加时,它的磁畴结构从典型的180°面内畴变成点状畴,后老是单轴垂直磁各向异性介质的一种典型特征。用VSM测量的OR的角度依赖性显示了垂直磁各向异性的Co-CoO膜中存在一定量的面内磁化强度分量。结合对矫顽力H_c,剩磁矫顽力H_(cr)和磁滞损耗W_h的角度依赖性测量结果进行分析,可以得出结论:这种垂直磁各向异性的Co-CoO膜的反磁化机理是磁矩的涡旋式(Curlingmode)非一致转动过程。
Domain structures of the reactively evaporated Co- CoO films have been observed by Lorentz microscopy. As the perpendicular anisutropy field H_k and the relative perpendicular orientation ratio OR⊥= SR⊥/SR of the magnetization increased,the domain structure of the film turns from a typical 180° in-plane domain structure to be a dot-like domain structure,whicn is a typical character of the uniaxial perpendicular anisotropie medium. The angular dependence of the OR measured by the VSM has shown that a certain extent in-plane magnetization component is still existed in the perpendicular anisotropic Co-CoO film, Com-bining the observation results of magnetic domains with the VSM measured results including the angular dependences of the coercivity H_c, the remanent coercivity H_(cr) and the hysteresis loss W_h,the mechanism of magnetization reversal for Co-CoO film with perpendicular anisotropy is considered as a curling mode of incoherent rotation process of the magnetic moments.
