摘要
研究了试剂与Fe(Ⅱ)的显色反应,结果表明:在硼砂缓冲溶液中形成稳定的水溶性绿色络合物,在752nm波长处测得络合物的摩尔吸光系数为4.5×10 ̄4,组成比为Me:R=1:4,线性范围内为0~50μg/25mL。应用本文方法测定了一些试样中的铁含量。
The reaction of Nitroso-ESAP with Fe(Ⅱ)has been studied for the determinationof iron in the biological and environmental samples.An intense green,water solublecomplex was formed in borax buffer solution. The maximal molar absorptivity of thecomplex was 4.5 ×10 ̄4 at 752nm. The composition of the iron complex was found to be1:4 by molar ratio and Joh's method.Beer's law obeyed from 0~50μg/25mL. Themethod has been applied to the determination of iron in the spinach, celery, hair,blood and natural water.
