摘要
在35℃,pH5.0的条件下,白皮松次生韧皮部经Gomori溶液温育后,显著的酸性磷酸酯酶活性定位于成熟蛋白细胞的质膜、胞间连丝、质体和淀粉粒表面。液泡膜上无反应活性。蛋白细胞解体初期,酸性磷酸酯酶活性仍然很高。随着解体过程的加速,酶活性降低,最终消失。未成熟蛋白细胞只在质膜表面呈现出极微弱的酸性磷酸酯酶活性,而其它部位缺乏酶反应产物。作者认为酸性磷酸酯酶可能在蛋白细胞内糖类物质代谢运转和物质跨膜主动转运过程中发生作用。
When secondary phloem of Pinus bungeana was incubated in Gomori medium at35℃, PH 5.0, remarkable activity of acid phosphatase was localized on plasmic mem-brane, plasmodesmata, plastid and the surface of starch grain of mature albuminouscells, but no reaction product was visible on tonoplast. In initial stage, collapsed albu-minous cells still showed high activity of acid Phosphatase. With the acceleration ofcollapse, the enzyme activity decreased and at last disappeared. In young albuminouscells, a little reaction product was detectable on their plasmic membrane and no onother structures of these cells. It was discussed that activity 'of ,acid phosphatase couldplay a great part in metabolism and active transport across membrane of sugar of albu-minous cells.
