摘要
在沥青碳纤维的研究过程中,为选择易于工业化的预氧化工艺条件,用TG分析方法和改变氧化炉中升温程序的方法对3种不同软化点(233~243℃)各向同性石油沥青原丝的预氧化工艺条件进行了探索,确立了在较高温度下进行氧化处理以缩短预氧化时间的方法.(在静态的空气气氛中,氧化时间可缩短为4.7h).元素分析和氯仿不溶物测定证明,所得预氧丝达到了应有的氧化程度.从高软化点沥青分子结构的特点和前人红外测试结果分析,证明这一温度条件是合理的.
n order to find out the stabilization conditions easy to be commercialized for the production of pitch based carbon fibre, the technological parameters for pre-oxidation of isotropic petroleum pitch fibre with different softening point(Ts) ranged at 233-240℃ are investigated by TG analysis and the method of changing heating procedures in the oxidation oven. The authors found the way to shorten the pre-oxidation period in the oxidation treatment under higher temperature. In the quiescent air, the oxidation period can be shortened to 4.7 h. Elemental analysis and determination of insolubility to chloroform show that the obtained filaments have reached the demanded degree of oxidation. As view from the structural characteristics of high T, pitch molecule and the IR test done by other researchers, this temperature condition is reasonable.
