摘要
采用恒温及分段控温团相缩聚方法合成了具有较高分子量的PBT树脂;研究了缩聚温度、缩聚时间、聚合体颗粒度、聚合体初始分子量及缩聚方式等因素对固相缩聚反应速度及产物分子量的影响;求取了PBT固相缩聚的表观活化能,并利用DTA研究了不同工艺条件下所得PBT树脂的熔融行为.本研究为工业上制备具有较高分子量的PBT树脂提供了一定依据.
High molecular weight polybutanediol terephthalate (PBT) was prepared by both isothermal and step-control solid-state polycondensation. Some factors affecting the reaction rate and molecular weight of the product were studied, which included the reaction time, temperature,chip size and molecular weight of prepolymers, etc. The apparent active energy of solid-state polycondensation of PBT was obtained as 83. 47 kJ/mol. The unique melting behavior of the products in different technological parameters was' also studied by DTA method.
