摘要
探讨了选取人工神经网络的误差反向传播(BP)模型应用于智能监控的优点;讨论了将其应用于制造系统的监控和诊断时应注意的问题;提出了旨在提高BP模型应用效能的方法即“最有效特征量原则”和“分步式”诊断流程。
The advantages of BP model in artifical Neural networks during intelligent monitoring and controlling was discussed, the probles which shoulds be considesed in diagnosing machining status were mentioned furthremore. Status identirication with sequential search techniques and operational feature optimization with most effeciency principle were presented by authors on the purpose of raising the effeciency of the calculation.
