摘要
介绍一种以ＰＷＭ驱动快速开关阀构成的开关型数字阀在电－气伺服系统中的应用。通过选用改进的ＰＩＤ控制律，获得了很高的定位精度和重复精度。
The application of a PWM(pulse-width-modulation) high speed on-off valve device to an electropneumatic position servo system is presented in this paper.As a consequence, higher control precision and better repitition are obtained by improving the PID control algorithm.
