摘要
通过对含间隙机构非线性动力学运动微分方程的解析分析,提出了预测含间隙平面连杆机构运动副副元素分离的一种新方法,这一方法是根据间隙副反力≤0即表明副元素产生分离的思想推导出副元素分离临界点的2个判别数,由这2个判别数同时为零来判定副元素的分离。该方法具有较高的预测精度。
A new method of predicting the occurrence of contact loss between pairing elements in planar linkages with clearances is obtained by theoretic analysis on nonlinear motion differential equations of a system. Two predictive numbers are derived on the condition that the force in the clearance bearing is negative or equal to zero when the pairing elements separate. The contact loss occurs when the two numbers are equal to zero at the same time. This method has high predictive precision.
