摘要
建立了大型机架温度场的模型.对缩小了的床身结构用差分法求出温度分布,和表面温度实验测定值比较,得到基本相符的结果.在结构温度分布数值基础上用 SAP-5软件计算出热变形量,从而初步获得一种补偿测量和形变预测的方法.
A methmetieal model of temperature field in a large machine frame is established from which the numerical solution of temperature distribution can be obtained. The results in surface temperature distribution of a reduced scale model from the above calculation com- pared with that from experimental measurement are relatively identical. Based upon thesc values, the thermal deformation in a structure is calculated using a structure analysis program package SAP-5. In its primary stage, a new method of form departure measurement with temperature compensation is thus obtained.
