胎儿(36—40周)纹状体和下丘脑NPY免疫反应神经元的分布

摘要 本文用免疫细胞化学ABC法研究胎儿(36—40周)纹状体和下丘脑NPY免疫反应神经元的分布。在胎儿的纹状体发现尾状核和壳含有许多NPY免疫反应神经元的胞体和纤维。这两个区域的一些血管壁内也含有NPY免疫反应神经元的胞体和纤维。胎儿下丘脑的漏斗核和视上核含密集的NPY免疫神经元胞体,在室旁核偶尔也可见到少数免疫神经元胞体。本文首次报道了尾状核和壳的血管壁内及视上核含有NPY免疫反应神经元胞体。 The distribution of neuropiptide Y (NPY) immunoreactive neurons in thestriatum and the hypothalamus of human fetus (36—40 weeks of fetal life) was studied by means of Avidin-Biotin-peroxidase complex (ABC) technique. In the striatum, numerous NPY immunoreactive neuronal cell bodies and fibers were seen in the caudate nucleus and the putamen. The NPY immunoreactive neurons were also found in the vascular wall of these two areas. In the hypothalamus, the immunoreactive neuronal cell bodies were found densely in the infundibular nucleus and the supraoptic nucleus while occasionally in the paraventricular nucleus. To our knowledge, this is the first reportabout the NPY immunoreactive neuronal cell bodies found in the vascular wall of the caudate nucleus, the putamen, and in the supraoptic nucleus.
