摘要
消化池是大型污水处理厂污泥处理工艺中必要的组成部分,它的特点是:容量大,内压高。消化池建后常年满水,并需保证污泥常温35℃,产生沼气有一定内气压。结构要求密闭,不渗水、不漏气。池壁不允许出现裂缝。池外要求做保温。本文主要结合高碑店污水处理厂一期工程中大型消化池的结构设计,通过工程实践总结,针对池壁环向预加应力设计,提出几点看法,供同行们探讨和参考。
Digester is an essential component part in mud treatment technology of a large sewage treatment plant. It's characteristic is huge capacity, high internal pressure. After the digester was built, water must be filled throughout the year, and the mud must be ensure for a normal atomspheric temperature at 35℃, thus to produce marsh gas which must have proper internal pressure. It's structure must be air tightness, no water percolation and no air leakage. Cracks are not allowed to appear on the disgestor walls. Heating insulations must be alone outside the digestor. This paper is intended to make a brief description of the structural design of digestor with large capacity in the first step engineering of Gao Bei- dian municipal sewage treatment plant of Beijing. Based on the summary of construction practice, some view points about the prestressed design of hoop stress of the tank wall are presented in this paper and it may be presented for discussion.
