The Opinions on the Deflection Value to be used as Criteria for Acceptance and Quality Evaluation of Subgrade and Pavement

本文全面、系统地检索了我国公路及城市道路施工技术规范中有关弯沉测定的要求和规定,分析了轮测弯沉作为检查路基路面工程质量的主要优点和存在的问题。在此分析的基础上得出如下结论:轮测弯沉可以作为即时了解路基路面设计施工质量的一种辅助性手段;但是不宜作为路面工程竣工验收和质量评定指标。

This paper reviews comprehensively and systemically the domestic highway and urban-road construction specifications on the cequirments and stipulations of deflection test. It also analyzes the main advantages and problems of the deflection tested by wheel load when being used for checking the quality of the subgrade and pavement construction.The conclusion is that the deflection tested by wheel load may be used as an auxiliry method for understanding timely the subgrade and pavement designs and construction quality but its result is unsuitable to be used as criteria for the acceptance and quality evaluation of the project.
