摘要
三角带传动具有结构简单,制造维修方便,过载保护等优点.一般用来实现减速传动,只有当传送的功率较小时,才用来实现增速传动.在工程实际应用中,常常遇到功率较大时需要增速传动的问题.由此本文首先提出了当需要传送较大功率时,能否利用三角带实现增速传动的问题,然后介绍了三角带增速传动的功率损失以及普通三角带和特种三角带的区别,在此基础上提出了利用特种三角带实现较大功率增速传动的可行性.最后阐述了三角带增速传动的计算准则及步骤,对较大功率增速传动所要解决的理论问题进行了探讨,并结合工程实例进行设计计算.本文可作为设计各种皮带较大功率增速传动的参考.
Triangle-belt transmission has the advantages of simple structure, convenient making and maintenance and overload protection. Generally speaking. it is used to carry out decreas-ing speed transmission. only when the transmissive power is less, it is used to carry out in-creasing speed transmission. In practical engineering applications, we often meet the problem on the increasing speed transmission when the transmissive power is considerable. Therefore, this paper first presents the problem on using the triangle-belts to carry out the increasing speed transmission when the transmissive power is considerable, then presents the power loss of triangle-belt increasing speed transmission and the differences between common triangle-belt and special triangle-belt. Based on it. the feasibility is introduced about using special tri-angle-belt to carry out the increasing speed transmisson with considerable power. at last ex-pounds the calculating criterion and procedures on the triangle-belt increasing speed trans-mission and explores the theoretical problems on it, and makes the designing calculation for a engineering example. This paper can be useful to design various belt transmission.
