延长进动离心机中固相的停留时间是一个重要的实际问题.通过分析锥篮离心机和进动离心机的转鼓及物料运动特性,可以计算出物料在阶梯转鼓中的停留时间.在进动离心机中使用阶梯转鼓来延长因相停留时间,要比锥篮离心机的情形更为显著.为使一台进动离心机发挥其最大效益,必须根据(+β’-α)来设计足够的阶梯数,一般至少需要三级.
The extension of the solids residence time in a tumbler centrifuge drum is an important practical problem. After analysing the characteristics of the drum and the motion of particles in tumbler and conical basket centrifuge separately, solids residence times are calculated for both types ofcentrifuge with step drums. It is shown, that the solids residence bine in the tumbler centrifuge with the step drum is greater than those in the conical basket centrifuge. In order to obtain best advantage from a step drum tumbler centrifuge,the drum must be designed to have a sufficient number of steps according to the value of (+β'-α), and in general at least three steps must be taken.
