摘要
将α-SiC超细粉、有机高分子材料和短碳纤维复合成型.在高纯包气保护下进行高温烧结,首次获得了具有高强高模及高温耐磨性能的碳纤维增强SiC/C共烧结合金.该新型材料具有很高的开发应用价值.还研究讨论了不同有机高分子材料对烧结合金亚微形态及性能的影响规律.
Super-fine α-SiC panicals, organic macromolecule materials and short carbon fiber were composited and sintered in the atmosphere or pure argon at high temperature.First a carbon fiber reinforced SiC / C co-sintered alloy with high strength, high modulus and high temperature wearability was obtainted. In thes paper, the effect of differnt organic macromolccule materials on the sub-microstructure and properties of the alloy were studied and discussed in detail.
