摘要 利用两种可产生纤维素酶的菌株,以植粉为原料进行液体发酵.通过改变发酵温度、pH值、不同发酵周期以及补加氮、磷、钾营养等条件进行实验,其结果显著的提高了纤维素转化率. The cellulose was inverted into the feedstuff by using the cheap plant power. By 'plant power' is meant the collection of nutrition which was obtained by removing most of raw cellulose from grinding the plant stalks and leaves. The raw plant power was subjected to liquid state fermentation by two celluose-producing strains. The fermentation was investigated under the different condition, such as pH,temperature, fermentation time and concentration of fermentation broth etc. The high cellulolytic strains, the optimum pH and temperature were selected. The yield of cellulose was increased.
