采用偏光显微镜、Ｘ光衍射、密度梯度、ＤＳＣ等方法研究了聚丙烯注射成型平板三维方向的微结构．结果表明：微结构是不均匀的．在厚度方向尤为严重．不均匀性包括密度、结晶度、取向程度、晶粒大小、结晶完善性、晶体类型和含量等．

The microstructure of injection-molded polypropylene plaque has been measured by POM X-ray diffraction, density-gradient method, DSC from three direction parallel to the length, width and thickness of the plaque, respectively.It is shown that the density, crystallinity, the degree of orientation, the completeness of crystal, the types and the size of spherulite, the quantity of β spherulites are uneven in each direction. The uneven is serious in the thickness.
