摘要
研究了在NaCl溶液中,LC-4高强铝合金在模拟闭塞区内溶液的化学状态变化,即向闭塞区通入不同密度的阳极电流,测定其溶液的pH、Cl-浓度、金属阳离子的含量以及阳极区析氢量等随时间的变化.同时采用动电位极化扫描和线性极化法,测定合金在配制的不同阶段闭塞区溶液中的腐蚀速率.确定出相应条件的闭塞区临界pH值,其值约为3.8.
The simulated occluded cell was used to study the chemical changes or solution in the cracks of different stages in NaCl solution for LC-4 alloy, i. e. the changes of composition and pH value. Also the polarization scanning was conducted and the corrosion rates of LC-4 alloy in the self-made simulated solution of different stages of O. C. was measured by linear polarization method and the critical pH value about 3.8 was determined.
