摘要
用模拟钛加热设备的方法、自腐蚀电位随时间的变化、极化曲线法及X光电子能谱分析等手段,研究了在稀盐酸溶液中钛在受热和传热条件下腐蚀行为,实验证明了钛的腐蚀行为不仅与被加热的稀盐酸的温度和浓度有关,并且与钛加热设备本身的温度也有密切关系,随着钛设备温度上升,稀盐酸的腐蚀临界浓度和临界温度下降.
Corrosion behavior of Ti in dilute HCl solution under the condition of receiver and transfer heat was studied the methods of simulated heating device, potential and polarization curve measurements and XPS. The results revealed that corrosion behavior of Ti is affected not only by temperature and concentration of the acid, but also by temperature of the Ti-made heating device itself. As temperature of the device increases, the critical concentration and critical temperature for corrosion decrease.
