摘要
本文论述了建立和发展我国建设监理事业的原则,概述了我国兴起建设监理的历史背景,实行建设监理的内容以及国家对建设监理工作总的规划布局。作者通过参加监理实践,提出了编好监理规划、抓住三大控制、重视合同管理以及监理班子配备等方面的体会和建议。文章既有理论分析又有实践体验。
This paper discusses the principle regarding the establishment and development of the construction superintendence system in China. It traces the history of construction superintendence and the general plan of the state with regard to construction superintendence practice, the author makes suggestions concerning superintendence planning, control system, contract management and organization of superintendentc in construction. This paper is a combination of theory, case analysis and personal experience in the field.
