摘要
科技成果查新工作是近年来发展起来的一项新型科技型咨询服务工作。本文针对查新工作的关键、撰写查新报告的重点提出了论述,并强调说明查新不能代替专家鉴定。根据近几年来文献资源系统的现实情况本文最后提出了合理的建议。
It is a new kind of consulting to index the latest result of science and technology. This artical expound the eiux of mater of the index and how to compose the appraise of the rusults by experts would not be replaced by this way.On the basis of the sources of document systems the author raises a suggestion at last.
