为适应社会主义市场经济体制的需要,从今年开始,我院实行了以“收费上学、自主择业”为龙头的高教体制改革。学生的管理与培养机制怎样才能适应新体制呢?本文作者在对收费生状况变化进行调查研究,细致分析的基础上,思考了进一步转变并完善人才管理与培养机制的途径和方法问题,提出了转变观念,建立多层次的育人目标和加大对学生服务的力度的指导思想和具体设想。

Our college put. into effect the reform of higher education system focusing of 'pay for education and free choice of job' to meet the needs of socialist maket economy system this yeas. How to adapt our management and training of the students to the new system? The author, basing on her investigation research and-analyses, gives her perceptions of improving the system, including reforming ideology, setting up goals of muti-gradc training and strengthening our service of the students.
