精密铸造采煤机截齿的研究

摘要 本文针对采煤机截齿的受力状态,通过成分设计、化学分析、金相检验、常规力学性能测定、耐磨性能对比、X—射线衍射物相分析及拉伸与冲击试样断口形貌的扫描电镜分析等手段,获得了一个适于截齿精密铸造用的钢种。 本文还对截齿的失效情况进行了分析。 This paper describes the research work of the acquisition of the steel of a new kind, suitable for the cutting pick produced by means of the precision casting, by the methods of the composition design, the chemical analysis, the metalloscopy. The property tests of the common mechanics,the comparison of the abrasion- resistance property, the phase analysis of x-ray diffraction, the morphoanalysis of SEM of the fracture of the tensile and impact specimens and so on. The field test shows that the mechanical properties of the new cutting picks produced by means of the precision casting have reached or forereached these of the ones from the developed country, produced by means of the forging.
