便携式皮温生物反馈治疗仪的研制

Research and Munufacture of a Portable Instrument for Skin Tempereature Biofeedback Therapy

作者介绍了一种用于新兴的生物反馈治疗法所使用便携式皮温生物反馈治疗仪的设计原理和电路。这种仪器是为非药物治疗高血压研究课题而设计的，经过一年多的临床使用后表明，其性能良好，完全满足治疗要求。治疗效果令人满意，可使患者的血压有效地呈生理性下降：一般经过两个月以上的治疗后，患者的舒张压和收缩压较明显的下降，因而可作为高血压病的一种新型辅助治疗仪器。

In this paper, the design principle and electric circuit of a portable instrument, which is a newly developed device for the biofeedback therapy of skin temperature, is introduced. This instrument is designed in the scope of a research project of nondrug treatment of hypertension.After more than one year's clinical application, we observed an effective physiological decrease of blood pressure of the patients, the systolic and diastolic pressure decreased significantly after two months. So it may be a new type of complementary therapeutical eguipment for treatment of hypertension.
