摘要
本文探讨了应用专家系统原理拟定机架类铸件铸造工艺方案的一般规则,归纳出有关机架类铸件铸造工艺方案决策的知识表示结构和推理策略;并根据任务特征,提出了建立机架类铸件铸造工艺方案决策模块的知识层次结构模型;同时介绍了铸造工艺方案决策模块在铸造工艺CAD总体结构中的作用和地位、实现技术及与CAD软件相互结合的技术。
Casting CAD is a field awaiting deep development. Because casting is a more comprehensive engineering subject and by more experience compared with many ones, to apply artificial intelligent techniques to casting technological CAD is even more and effective. On basis of authors' specific work applying the thought of Expert System to draw up casting technological plan in developing casting technological CAD software of the mill housing, this paper sumsup knowledge representation, structure and inference stratagies of decision of casting technological plan for the kind of mill housing, and approaches realizing techniques of adoptive knowledge hierarchical structure model, and discusses action and interface of plan-selecting in overall structure of casting technological CAD.
