第三届全国体育教学论文报告会评述──北京体育大学参加第四届报告会的对策

Commentary on the 3rd National Seminar on Physical Education Teaching

追述了1992年11月在成都召开的第二届全国体育教学论文报告会所录取的63篇论文的主要内容，这次会议的论文涉及的领域比较广泛，从体育教学的微观管理到体育学院的宏观控制，从教学方法改革到教具革新均有涉猎。分析了各篇获奖论文的取胜原因，预测了今后体育教学论文的发展趋势，对我校教学科研课题老化、人员老化等问题进行了分析。为进一步开展教学科研活动提出了对策，这些对策有加强领导和管理，实行政策倾斜；充分发动群众，组织联合攻关；紧密联系当前教育改革，具有宏观战略目光；调动青年教师、回国人员和研究生的力量；广泛动员和重点投入相结合等。

The study described the main content of 63 papers presented at the 3rd Nationai Seminar on Physical Edueation Teaching held in November, 1992 in Chengdu. Ranging from micro-management of teaching to macro-control of college,and from reform of teaching method to innovation of teaching aids,these papers involved a relativety broad scope. Reasons which led a paper to winning prize at the seminar,developmental tendency of research on physical education teaching,and existing problems such as obsolete research topics and ageing of research personnel were analysed. Measures to further promote teaching research activities were suggested,which included strengthening management and forging favourable policy,fully mobllizing masses and organizing cooperation,closely associating with educat ional reform and taking a view of macro-strategy;mobillzing the force of young teachers,postgraduates,and those who had studied abroad,and combining extensive mobilzathon with major project.
