气锤的冲击振动及其传播

摘要 本文沿气锤力学模型,自锤头冲击锻打工件时,其动能与砧座振动间推导出关系式,进一步推导出自砧座振动传导至锻锤基础振动的关系式及几种不同情况,找出基础的振幅。最后分析了气锤振动的地面波的传播和衰减。 In this paper, starts from the hammer head impacting the workpiece, the relation between the kinetic energy and the vibrational behaviour of the anvil is derived. Furthermore, the vibration transmitted to the base is formulated along the dynamic model of pneumatic hammer. The vibrational amplitudes of the base at various cases have been found.Finally, the propagation and the attenuation of the ground wave of hammer vibration are discussed.
