高脂饲料诱发大鼠肥胖模型的建立及间接推测体脂法 被引量:12

Study of Dietary Obesity in Rats Induced by High Fat Diet and Indirect Measurement of Body Composition

摘要 44只离乳雄性SD大鼠随机分成对照组和高脂组,分别用对照饲料和含20%猪油的高脂饲料饲养18周,观察高脂饲料致大鼠肥胖的作用。实验结果表明:高脂组大鼠体重、体脂含量、附睾脂肪垫重量及腹膜后脂肪垫重量均大于对照组(P<0.001);而且高脂组大鼠根据其体脂含量可分成DIO和DIO-R两种大鼠。DIO大鼠体重、体脂含量、附睾脂肪垫重量及腹膜后脂肪垫重量均大于DIO-R大鼠(P<0.001)。研究结果说明应用20%猪油的高脂饲料对SD大鼠有致肥胖作用。本研究还建立了用腹膜后脂肪垫重量、附睾脂肪垫重量及体重,推测其体脂含量的回归方程。 To study the effect of high fat diet on the dietary obesity of rats,we randomly divided 44 weanling SD rats into the control and the lard group,and fed them for 18 weeks with control chow and high fat diet containing 20% lard separately. The results showed that body weight,carcass fat content,weight of epididymal fat pads and retroperitoneal fat pads content of the lard group were significantly greater than those of the control group (p<0.001). And the rats in the lard group could be further divided into the DIO and the DIO -R subgroup by their carcass fat content. Body weight,carcass fat content,weight of epididymal fat pads and retroperitoneal fat pads content of the DIO rats were significantly greater than those of the DIO-R rats (p<0. 001). The result indicated that obesity can be induced in SD rats by high fat diet containing 20% lard.Otherwise, this study also developed a method of indirect measurement of rat carcass composition with body weight,epididymal fat pads and retroperitoneal fat pads content.
