通过对镀锌板和裸钢板ｒ值的实测，并通过扫描电镜观察和理论分析，提出锌层在单向拉伸过程中出现的横向裂纹是造成ｒ值下降的主要原因．

It is known that the r-value of steel sheets is decreased due to galvanizing.In the paper,the influences of galvanizing coat on r-value has been investigated by tensile test,SEM examination and theoretical analysis.The research shows that the transversal cracks in the coat is the main cause of decreasing r-value.
