摘要
开发了基于五孔球形探针测速法的三维流场计算机测量系统,并将其应用于一系列新型氧煤枪流场测量.该系统具有简单、方便、快速、精度高等特点.对GY-B1型高炉氧煤枪的流场测定分析表明,直吹管内各截面上的轴向速度类似高斯分布;氧煤枪出口附近的动量、质量交换激烈,有助于氧,煤的混合和燃烧.
A new computer measuring system for three-dimension velocity field based on five-hole probe was developed. Many oxy-coal lances'velocity distribution in blowpipe of blast furnace under different conditions were measured in an experimental model and desired results were obtained with satisfactory due to the simple, quick and high precision measuring system.The measured results for GY-B oxy-coal lance in blowpipe show that the axial velocity profiles on different sections are similar to Gauss distribution and that the momentum and mass transfer near the exit of oxy-coal are very strong which is benificial to the mixing and combustion of coal and oxygen.
