摘要
用正交设计方法，对ＴＺＧ８０－１２０Ｆ自同步振动给料机的生产率进行了实测研究，得到了给料机的激振力、倾角、振动方向角和入料口厚度与生产率及电参数的关系．并找到了各参数之间的最优组合．
Measurement and analysis of productivity on the TZG80-120F are carried out by using orthogonal design method. The influence of excitation force, angle of the feeder direction angle and burden thickness at the entrance on productivity is revealed. The influence of these parameters on the electric parameters is also revealed. The optimum plan of all of the parameters is found.
