摘要
本文给出了高炉炉顶布料及炉内料层分布、炉料温度分布、煤气流动及温度分布的数学描述方法,用计算机仿真的手段推断实际生产高炉炉内状态。在实际高炉中应用表明,该仿真系统有较好的实用性。
In this paper, a simulation system on inside state of a blast furnace is given. By means of computer calculation, the system can simulate burden profile, burden layered structure, burden and gas tempemture field, and gas flow state in a commercial blast fumace. It is verified that the computer simulation system has a good practicability.
