Mechanical Analysis of the Barrel for the Heavy Hydraulic Clay Gun

分析了大型高炉液压泥炮泥缸的受力情况，推导了打泥时沿泥缸轴向不同截面的受力计算公式，用有限元方法计算了宝钢３号高炉泥炮泥缸上各点的应力。

Mechanical analysis of the barrel of the heavy hydraulic day gun is considered. A calculating formula for axial force of the barrel is obtained. The stresses of the barrel used for Baoshan General Iron and Steel Works are calculated with finite element method.
