摘要
讨论了可见区高透、中远红外高反的分光镜ZnS/Ag/ZnS膜系的最佳设计.用透过率曲线的拟合得出极薄银膜的有效光学常数,并据此用可优化金属、介质组合膜系的优化设计程序优化设计膜系结构参数,再按测定银膜有效光学常数的实验条件制造分光镜,得到很好的实验结果且与理论值相符合.

The opthal design of the beam splitter makes use of the effusive constants of very thin Ag face as de by fitting optical hansmittance and applying a computer optimization software that can optimize combination films of metal and dielectric. The ham splifor is evaporatal under the same conditions as those ed during the experiments for determining the optical constants of very thin Ag films. The results agree well with the theoretical values.
