摘要
阐述了CAE中反求问题的概念及其理论基础.提出了把有限元-边界元方法与实验相结合进行载荷反求的新方法以及解严重病态方程组的相对误差逼近算法.以挤压模具型腔载荷分析为实例,求得了实测值与计算值相对误差小于8%的结果,解决了这一类模具CAE中载荷反求的基础问题.
Describes the concept of invere solution in CAE and it theoretical basis,presents a new approach for the inverse solution of loading though a combination of FEM-BEM and experimentation and also a new algorithm for the solution of morbidequations.It's application on the analysis of pressure in an extiaction die gives arelative error of only less than 8% between the experimental and computed data, thus abasic problem in this kind of CAE is solved.
