针刺起爆中针刺过程数学模型的建立

摘要 从基本原理出发,建立了尖头和平头两种击针在针刺过程中的力学模型、戳击速度模型和针刺功率模型,并导出了分析解。力学模型包含了炸药屈服应力和摩擦系数、击针形状和刺入深度;速度模型和功率模型中除含有前者的影响因素外,还含有击针质量和初速参数。 Beginning with basic principles, the paper aims at the establishment of mathematical models for the stabbing process, namely for its mechanics, stabbing velocity and power of stabbing during the stabbing processes for two types of stab pins having sharp and flat tips respectively, and deduces their analytical solutions. The first model involves parameters of explosive yield stress, frictional coefficient, stab pin dimensions and stab depth. The velocity models and stab power models involve in addition the parameters of stab pin mass and initial velocity.
