摘要
利用运动雷管针刺感度仪模拟火工品的动态击发状态,研究了在动态模拟装置上采用光控和声控两种测时方法的可能性,并设计了光控和声控电路。利用光控电路测试了3种雷管的动态作用时间,并与静态作用时间进行了比较。由实验结果得出,对于瞬发雷管,在动态撞击速度比静态的提高3~4倍的情况下,作用时间将缩短50%~80%,在相同情况下,提高击针质量也将缩短作用时间。
The present study makes use of a moving detonator stab tester to
simulate cases of dynamic initiation. Feasibilities of application of optical and
acoustic detection circuits in function time testing is studied and such circuits are
carefully designed. The dynamic function time of three typical detonators have
been tested with the optical detection circuit and then compared with their static
function time. Results obtained from experiments show that: for instantaneously
initiated detonators, when the dynamic impact speed is increased by 3-4 times,
the function time will be reduced by 50%-80%. And with the same speed, the
larger the mass of stab pin, the shorter will be the function time.
