摘要
以中国农业科学院提供的低硒饲料(0.02×10 ̄(-6)),喂养BALB/C小鼠作为缺硒动物模型,采用富硒营养粉和亚硒酸钠溶液,以每只小鼠每d2.5μg元素硒作为补充,70d后发现:富硒营养粉和亚硒酸钠对小鼠全脑B型单胺氧化酶活性无显著影响(P>0.05);前者使肝脏超氧化物歧化酶活性增高36.1%(P<0.05),后者对其无显著影响(P>0.05);两者均极显著地(P<0.01)提高巨噬细胞吞噬率(59.8%和71%)和吞噬指数(68.5%和65.1%);提高溶血素含量,前者为65%(P<0.01),后者为41.3%(P<0.05);富硒营养粉能使运动后小鼠血乳酸含量迅速下降31.8%(P<0.01)。
Each BALB/C mouse was fed each day with 2.5 microgram of selenium element inthe form of low-selenium feed(0.02×10 ̄(-6))provided by the Chinese Academy of agricultural Sci-ences.The feed is a mixture of selenium-rich nutrient power and selenite solution.After 70 days themice did not show obvious effect on the activity of B-type monoamine oxidase of the mouse brain(P>0.05).But the nutrient power increased the activity of superoxidase dismutase of the mice liv-er by 36.1 percent(P<0. 05)while the selenite solution did not show obvious effect(P>0.05 ) Both showed marked effect on the increase of macrophage phagocytic percentage (59.8 percentand 71 percent respectively)and phagocytic index (68.5 percent and 65.1 percent respectively)The nutrient power increased the erythrolysin content by 65 percent (P<0.01)and the selenitesolution increased it by 41.3 percent (P<0.05). The selenium-rich power can reduce the contentof bloed lactic acid in the mice after physical exertion quickly by 31.8 percent(P<0.01).[
