摘要
本文通过对纺织厂中常见的清花成卷机传动系统的压辊齿轮进行弯曲疲劳强度的可靠性分析,给出了压辊齿抡的可靠度为R>0.999999999这表明在对压辊齿轮进行无限寿命设计的条件下,从弯曲疲劳强度的角度分析,压辊齿轮的失效率还不到10亿分之一,通过此例还可以说明在一切受到交变载荷作用下的机械传动设备中进行机械强度可靠性设计的普遍意义。
This paper indicates that the reliability of press roll gear is more than0.999 999 999 through study on the transmission system of single beater lap lI1achines in textilefactories. This conclusion reflects that the failure rate of the press roll gear is less than one·bil。lioonth.on designing of infinite life-span of the press roll gear upon the analysis of flexural fa-tigue strength.This study proves that the reliability design of mechanic strength in the trans-mission equipment under cyclic loading is generally feasible. [
