摘要
本文根据新的目标管理体系提出了科学的质量评价方法。分级和排序是解决这一问题的关键。采用这种方法可以得到地区以至全国产品质量状况的清晰图景，计算结果表明模糊算法不仅简明而且实用。
According to the new objective management system,a scientific quality evaluationmethod is proposed in this paper.The key to the settlement of the problem lies in classificationand ordering. With this new method, we can make the situation of product quality in districtsor the country clear.Calculated results show that the fuzzy algorithm is not only simple,butalso practical.[
