油松针叶精油萜烯组成的研究（Ⅰ）─—油松针叶的萜烯组成及其与其它两针松的比较

Terpene Composition of Needle Oil from Pinus tabulaeformis and the Comparison with Other Two-Needle Pines

对辽宁兴城油松种子园的油松针叶油进行了色谱。质谱联用（ＧＣ－ＭＳ），气相色谱－付立叶红外光谱（ＧＣ－ＦＴＩＲ）及气相色谱（ＧＣ）分析，利用Ｋｏｖａｔｓ指数，部分标样和标准谱图鉴定出４４个萜烯类化合物（其中有３３个组分为该种植物中首次报导），并与国外部分两针叶松的萜烯组成进行了比较．

Pine needle oils from four clones of Pinus tabulaeformis were analysed by GC-MS ,GC-FTIR and GC. 22 monoterpenes and 22 sesquiterpenes have been identified,in which 33 compounds have not been reported in this pine needle previously. The contents of the four clones of P. tabulaeformis and seven foreign two-needle pines(P. densiflora Sieb.P. sylvestris L.,P. pinaster Ait. etc. )have been compared.
