摘要
光肩星天牛(AnoplophoraglabripennisMasteh)成虫对寄主有选择性.在品种林中优先选择大关杨、鲁伊莎杨等品种补充营养和刻槽产卵.低虫口密度下很少选择I-69杨,I-72杨和50号杨等品种。光肩星天牛刻槽产卵后各杨树品种所产生的生理反应不同,抗性品种刻相处大量流液,且伤口愈合快,致使天牛卵的孵化历期延长.卵孵化前伤口愈合,使卵死亡.而感虫品种刻槽处无大量流液,伤口愈合也较慢,虫卵可以正常孵化.人工创伤试验证明,I-69杨、I-72杨等抗性品种的伤口愈合速度和流液量都明显高于感虫品种。生化测定和工人饲养幼虫试验表明,大关杨的营养效应明显高于I-69杨.
In this paper,through a series of field investigation and tests,the resistancemechanisms of different clones to AnOplophora glabripennis are studied.The aduIt ofAnOplophora glabripennis has certain selectity in choosing their host trees. Among the poplarclones,it prefers to oviposit on Da Guan(Populus dakuansts). The poplar clones physiologi-cal reponses to oviposition are also different.On the resistant trees,there are much fluid liq-uid outside and nicking wounds heal faster. On the other hand, we compared the differencesbetween resistant trees and sensitive trees in nutritive ratio,fiber arrangement ,cell construc-tion.
