摘要
采用 NBT 光化还原抑制法研究了需光型除草剂百草枯和果尔对向日葵子叶中SOD 活性的影响。结果表明:百草枯处理后首先可以显著提高子叶中 SOD 的活力,1h 后对其活性表现抑制作用;果尔对子叶中 SOD 活性的诱导效果出现更快,且能维持2h,然后也显示出抑制作用。经这种超氧化物阴离子发生型除草剂处理后,植物组织中 SOD 活性的提高,反映了生物体自身的抵御能力。
The effect of two photo-dependent herbicides(Paraquat and Oxyfluorfen)on SOD activity in the cotyledons of sunflower seedlings was studied using NBT photo-reduction method.The results showed that Paraquat stimulates initially the activity of SOD,then inhibits it.The stimulation of SOD ac- tivity by Oxyfluorfen occured more rapidly and maintained for about 2 hours,then an inhibitory action took place.The induction of SOD activity by·O_2^--productive herbicides reflicted the auto-defensive capacity of higher plants against the harmful effect of such xenobiotics.
