T型小麦杂交种子黑胚病表现及其配合力 被引量:1

摘要 利用6个不育系和4个恢复系及其24个杂种为材料,初步研究了小麦种子黑胚率的杂种优势和配合力。结果表明:①71%的 F_1代具有正向优势,为正向超显性或部分显性,29%的 F_1代具有负向优势,为负向超显性或部分显性,亲子代间存在着一定的正相关关系(r=0.3336),但未达显著水平;②F_1代种子黑胚率的遗传变异是以基因互作产生的非加性效应为主,基因的加性效应比例较小。作者结合本试验结果对供试亲本进行了具体评价。 The heterosis and combining ability of black point rate of wheat seeds were studied on 24 hybrids which came from 6 sterile lines×4 restoring lines,as well as some related parents.The results in- dicated that①71% of F_1 had a positive superiority which was positive superdominance or partly domi- nance,and 29% of F_1 had a negative superiority,which is negative superdominance or partly dominance. There was certain positive correlations between parents and their descendants but not to significant level; ②The genetic variation of black point rate of F_1 seed is mainly dependent on non-additive effect of genes interaction,however,the additive effect of genes interaction is in small amount.The more details on evalu- ating the parents were also conducted in the experiment.
