水稻光敏核不育系(PGMRs)在北京地区的育性表现初探

Primary Studies on Fertility in PGMRs at Beijing Region

对来自全国各地区的6个籼型 PGMRs 和10个粳型 PGMRs 在北京地区的育性观察发现:自然条件下籼型 PGMRs 和粳型 PGMRs 育性表现没有类型间的差异,在短日照处理的条件下,粳型 PGMRs 一般育性较好,而籼型 PGMRs 一般育性较低。北京地区的气候条件对多数 PGMRs,只能满足不育的要求,而不具可育的条件;少数 PGMRs 在该地区似乎具有不明显的育性转换期;个别 PGMRs 没有稳定的不育或低育时期。根据各材料各播期的花粉育性及结实率,16个供试材料从应用的角度可分为南繁北制型、准标准型和非利用型3类。

6 Indica PGMRs(Photoperiod-sensitive Genic Male-sterile Rices)and 10 Japonica PGMRs from different regions of China were studied at Beijing.The results showed that the fertility was not dis- tinctly different between Indica and Japonica PGMRs under natural condition.Under short-day condition, Japonica PGMRs had better fertility than Indica PGMRs.The climate condition of Beijing region only caused most PGMRs sterile,not for fertility;A few PGMRs' period of fertility alteration wasn't obvious; Few PGMRs had not stable period of sterile or low fertility.According to their pollen fertility and seed- setting rate,16 PGMRs were classified into 3 types:(1)Seed multiplication in south China and hybrid seed production in north China(2)Quasi-standard type(3)No utilization type.
