摘要
把贝氏隐孢子虫(Cryptosporidium baileyi)感染和鸡新城疫Ⅱ系弱毒疫苗免疫相比较,用醋酸纤维薄膜电泳分析血清蛋白、计算 A/G 比值的方法,研究了其免疫原性。统计分析表明:C.baileyi 免疫原性低下,且极显著地低于鸡新城疫Ⅱ系弱毒疫苗。
A comparision between the infection of Cryptosporidium baileyi and the vaccination with the B_1 strain against Newcastle disease was made and the study on the immunogenicity of C.baileyi was conducted by analysing the serum protein through cellulose acetate thin film electrophoresis and calculating the ratio between albumen and globulin.Results of statistical analysis indicated that the immunogenicity of C.baileyi was very limited and significantly weaker than that of the B_1 strain vaccine against Newcastle disease.
